About the role

  • You will develop great relationships with our exciting roster of clients
  • You will be the owner of a range of high profile clients, delivering quality service, strategic and creative advice and high client satisfaction
  • You will lead regular client strategy meetings
  • You will identify and scope growth opportunities outside of existing retainers, achieving upsell targets via a planned programme
  • You will work seamlessly with the Growth department and Project Management teams to onboard new client accounts, utilising the Studio team for delivery

What we’re looking for:

  • 1-2 years of Account Management experience
  • Previous agency experience
  • A team player and great communicator
  • Strong presentation skills
  • An incisive approach to working out problems
  • A passion for all areas of digital and how they can be commercially applied

It would be beneficial if you had

  • Previous experience working with hospitality brands
  • A good understanding of SEO, Analytics & Paid Media
  • WordPress experience
