Role Summary:
In this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing social media and influencer marketing campaigns for a diverse range of clients. You’ll wear multiple hats, from crafting strategic plans to managing influencer relationships and analysing campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for assigned clients, considering target audiences, brand voice, and industry trends.
- Manage social media accounts across various platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok) including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
- Identify and research relevant influencers who align with client brands and target demographics.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiating contracts and managing partnerships.
- Develop creative influencer briefs and campaigns, ensuring seamless integration with broader social media strategies.
- Oversee influencer content creation, providing feedback and ensuring brand alignment.
- Monitor and analyse social media performance using relevant tools, generating reports and presenting insights to clients.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, platforms, and influencer marketing best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. creative, content, data analysis) to ensure a cohesive digital marketing approach.
- Opportunities to work on new business RFPs and pitches, with the Growth team.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing within an agency.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences.
- Experience with influencer marketing, including influencer casting, outreach, and relationship management.
- Creative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of the curve on social media trends.
- Excellent organisational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable presenting and building strong client relationships.
