In collaboration with our long-term client JW Lees – a family brewer and pub company that has always maintained independence – its found a high-impact opportunity to optimize customer experience and enhance conversion rates through a bespoke booking flow.
Our continuous site analysis uncovered friction areas in the group reservation and events booking process despite high traffic and engagement levels. We worked with LiveRes and undertook thorough user testing, culminating in the creation of a customized booking experience.
