As January unfolds, we’re heading into 2025 with renewed energy and a clear sense of purpose at Propeller. This year is all about pushing the envelope—whether it’s through bold branding, a refreshed digital presence, or exciting new partnerships. From hosting our own virtual and in-person events, to participating in key industry conferences, we’re focused on staying ahead of the curve and delivering value where it matters most.

With last year’s momentum behind us, we’re ready for what’s next. Here’s a look at what’s in store for Propeller in 2025.

Reflecting on 2024 Highlights

2024 ended on a high, with loyalty at the forefront. In December, we hosted the webinar Building Digital Experiences That Drive Loyalty in Hospitality with Pepper, featuring insights from Ellie Strestik, Mark Lillicrap, Domenic Rosenfield, and Jamie McIntyre. Together, we explored creating loyalty programs and social strategies that turn followers into lifelong fans. Missed it? Catch up on all the valuable insights here.

Other standout moments included hosting events with industry leaders from The Telegraph, TikTok, Vodafone, JKS Restaurants, and Red Carnation Hotels, as well as raising funds for Down Syndrome UK, a cause close to our hearts. Additionally, the launch of our Hospitality Unleashed Interview Series, provided a platform for marketing and digital leaders to share the strategies driving their success.

Key Events to Watch in 2025

Restaurant Marketer & Innovator European Summit (RMI) – 22nd January

We’re kicking off 2025 at the RMI European Summit, now in its seventh edition. Co-hosted by Propel and Think Hospitality, this two-day event brings together the brightest minds in the industry to discuss the future of hospitality. From cutting-edge tech, to marketing and brand-building trends, it’s where big ideas collide with practical insights. 

Highlights include Unlocking Revenue Potential with Laura Irving, Chief Marketing Officer at JKS Restaurants, sharing how to balance brand authenticity with commercial success. Another standout is Winning Strategies: Pricing, Product, and Promotions Power Plays with Maria Vanifatova, CEO of Meaningful Vision, joined by marketing leaders from Heartwood Collection, 200 Degrees Coffee, and LEON. They’ll explore 2025’s key drivers, from price trends and menu strategies to digital and targeted promotions. We can’t wait to translate these insights into strategies for our clients. 

Trends Shaking Up Hospitality in 2025 Webinar – 29th January

On January 29th, we’ll dive into the trends and technologies shaping hospitality in 2025 in our first webinar of the year. The agenda? Everything from AI-powered chatbots and self-serve kiosks to the growing demand for sustainability and community. Laura McKay, Marketing and Communications Director at St Austell Brewery, will join our in-house hospitality experts to explore how businesses can pivot to meet these challenges head-on.
