Has Mother’s Day snuck up on you this year? Not to fear. Whether you’re in the mood for a sweet treat, something hearty or even a bit of spice, here’s our pick of treats for something special this Sunday. Sorted!
Darbaar invites you to extend your Mother’s Day to the whole weekend – after all, your mum’s a mum 365 days a year.
Head down to their opulent Shoreditch restaurant on Saturday 25th for a set dinner menu inspired by the banquets of the Indian Royal Court. Highlights include roast mackerel fillet with kedgeree, and saffron chicken malai kebab with almond and rose petals. Topped off with cinnamon and pepper brulee for dessert, this is a menu truly fit for a queen.
What’s more, if you’re hoping to give mum the Royal Indian experience, she can dine for free with a party booked for four or more – just to make her feel that extra bit special.

Feeling like something lighter? Indulge your inner Marie Antionette and let mum eat cake with Map Maison’s luxurious afternoon tea, topped off with a glass of champagne.
Treat her to a tower of French treats – selections include pineapple and mango chou, raspberry delice, chocolate tart, macaroons, madeleines and more. The savoury selection of dry aged beef, burrata and avocado melba and herb smoked salmon is just as inviting.

Let the bubbles flow! A City favourite, The Botanist on Broadgate Circle opens just for Mother’s Day Brunch on Sunday 26th – extending their much-loved Saturday brunch offering to this very special Sunday.
Indulge mum in bottomless Prosecco, Bloody Marys, Mimosas or their selection of house wines while you tuck in to a classic British and European menu. Pick from two courses, or three courses if you’re feeling extra indulgent. Menus include soft shell crab ‘Benedict’ with jalapeno hollandaise, kiln roast salmon, and white chocolate and blood orange cheesecake with sorbet for dessert.

Let mum enjoy a traditional Sunday roast this Mother’s Day at OXBO Bankside – then let the pampering continue at SPA TO YOU with compliments of Hilton London Bankside. She’ll receive 20% off massage treatments, as well as some goodies to take home afterwards.
OXBO Bankside’s Sunday Roast is bottomless, of course – sip endless Prosecco through the three course brunch, inspired by the fresh produce on offer at the neighbouring Borough Market. Their Trader’s Tables offer selections of crab, shrimp and Iberico Chorizo where you can pick your fill before moving on to select a Roast at the Chef’s Open Kitchen.
Finish it off with a dessert selection including British cheeses, Bakewell tarts and mini sherry trifles before sending mum to her spa treatment. If you’re dining with four or more, mum gets to eat for free too!
