Freestream Aviation is a global leader in luxury private aviation, specialising in aircraft brokerage, management, charter and bespoke aircraft refurbishment. Founded in 1992, Freestream serves high net worth individuals and corporations who demand complete control, discretion and world class service across every aspect of private air travel.

 

As the brand evolved, Freestream was also making a bold commitment to sustainability, including a pledge to plant one million trees and invest in sustainable aviation fuel, positioning itself as one of the most forward thinking players in the private aviation industry.

The Challenge

As Freestream continued to grow its presence in the private aviation market, its digital experience needed to evolve with it. The existing website no longer reflected the scale, sophistication or ambition of the brand, nor did it communicate the premium nature of its aircraft offering.

 

High-value aircraft listings weren’t presented in a way that matched the expectations of the buyers, and the platform struggled to showcase Freestream’s leadership in both private aviation and sustainability. At the same time, the site lacked the flexibility to support the different facets of the business, from aircraft sales and charter to brand storytelling and customer enquiries, within one cohesive digital experience.

Our Approach

At its core is a premium listing experience that allows users to explore and compare aircraft through elegant grid layouts, high-resolution imagery, video and advanced filtering. Each aircraft page balances lifestyle inspiration with detailed specifications, sustainability insights and clear enquiry pathways.

 

Storytelling also plays a central role. A modular content system enables Freestream to publish rich editorial-style pages highlighting brand heritage, sustainability and aircraft features, giving the team flexibility to evolve their narrative as the business grows.

 

Recognising that Freestream serves both buyers and charter clients, we created distinct journeys for each audience. The purchase experience focuses on depth and craftsmanship, while the charter journey is faster and enquiry-driven, allowing users to move seamlessly between both.

 

The platform is built on a scalable WordPress CMS with multilingual capability, cloud hosting and an SEO-optimised architecture, providing Freestream with a secure, high-performance foundation for global growth.
