Expanding the Cubitt House digital presence with the central site re-launch

As part of our continued strategic partnership with Cubitt House, and following the successful launch of their individual pub venue websites last year, we’re proud to have launched a new central brand website – bringing the full collection to life online.

Cubitt House’s distinctive portfolio of iconic public houses, some with a boutique hotel offering, needed a digital platform where their best-in-class experiences could be promoted. This one central website now serves as an interconnected hub, providing visibility to the entire collection throughout Central London.

A Combined Digital Strategy for a Prestige Brand

Our common goal was to promote the Cubitt House brand online, engage guests and future staff, and convey the group’s personality effectively. The site was conceptualized as a visual and functional expression of individual venue sites, providing smooth navigation and consistency within the entire digital landscape.

One of the standout features was digital storytelling- to promote brand values such as sustainability, provenance, and food supplier relationships, which are at the heart of Cubitt House’s F&B ethos. Aiding the storytelling is a new blog platform, where regular SEO-targeted content will be loaded up to enhance visibility and organic reach.

Central Objectives Delivered

  • Specific booking experiences for tables, hotel nights, and private events.
  • Cross-selling strategy to drive discovery across the estate’s venues.
  • Defined event packages to simplify the process of researching options on offer.
  • CRM and loyalty integration, migrating Cubitt House’s database onto Propeller’s CRM system, with a preference centre and competition feature to boost engagement.
  • High-profile emphasis on weddings, meetings, and corporate events to ensure these packages are effectively communicated to key target markets.
  • Scalable infrastructure to support future business expansion, including digital gifting and operational growth.
  • Employer brand advertising, including ATS integration with Harri to support recruitment and increase job applications.
  • Development of SEO-optimised landing pages for key services (weddings, meetings, parties), seasonal promotions, and new venue launches.
