Establishing individualityacross a multisite portfolio
Once again Maslow’s have delivered an exceptional new club to the London scene, 1 Warwick. Opened in 2023, 1 Warwick sits on the prominent corner of Warwick Street and Brewer Street in the heart of London’s bustling Soho. Set over six floors, 1 Warwick is a member’s house featuring beautifully designed private workspaces, member lounges, studio & gym, event spaces, restaurant & bar, and an expansive rooftop
Continuing our work with the infamous Maslow’s, Propeller was tasked with the responsibility for designing & building a website to capture the magic of the venue & drive membership applications.
Our approach
We partnered with brand & design agency Everything In Between to create a unique look and feel for 1 Warwick, while still maintaining a commonality with Mortimer House in order to reflect Maslow’s brand as a whole.
We used the same WordPress template as Mortimer House, making the build process efficient (under a week!) and complied with the objective to be similar but distinct from Mortimer House.
