Multiple Locations, One Seamless Journey

Client Background

Brother Marcus was built by two people who fell in love with a region and its food. Co-founders Tas and Alex travelled extensively across the Eastern Mediterranean, bringing genuine flavours and recipes back to London.

Many locations later, the brand had real momentum and a clear new identity. However, the website hadn’t kept up.

The Challenge

A recent visual refresh had given the business a sharper sense of itself, warmer, more considered, and unmistakably East Med. Walk into any of the restaurants, and you feel it immediately: the light, the food, the atmosphere. But the site wasn’t telling this story.

Furthermore, weak booking journeys were putting obstacles in the way of people who had already decided they wanted to come. Menus sat locked inside static PDFs, impossible to browse on a phone. Group bookings and private dining, two of the business’s strongest commercial opportunities, were tucked away where most visitors would never think to look.

But most importantly, the site didn’t do justice to what makes Brother Marcus a must-visit.

Our Approach

We started from a single principle: remove every obstacle between a visitor and a booking. Then we built outward from there.

The booking flow was rebuilt to keep people on the site throughout. No more external redirects, no more drop-off at the moment someone was ready to commit. Menus moved out of PDFs and into a fully integrated CMS, browsable across all eight locations in one place, with allergen information accessible without any extra steps.

A venue finder for group bookings and private dining lets visitors compare venues, spaces and amenities side by side. Each location got its own tailored landing page, built on an architecture designed to grow with the business. Contact forms were configured to direct different enquiry types to the right inboxes across venues, keeping everything streamlined.

Visually, the site leans fully into the East Med identity through strong imagery and a warmth that reflects the restaurants themselves. Kamara, the bar concept within the group, was given its own distinct presence: something that feels like a standalone proposition rather than a footnote.

The updated site closes the gap between the brand Brother Marcus has become and the experience visitors have before they ever walk through the door.
