Client Background
Miiro Hotels is a lifestyle hotel brand offering a collection of characterful hotels in iconic European cities. Each property is carefully designed to reflect its local neighbourhood, providing guests with a distinctive and immersive experience. As a fast growing brand with global ambitions, Miiro sought a digital presence that matched its premium positioning and supported its expansion goals.


The Challenge
Miiro’s primary goal was to launch a high-performing flagship website alongside dedicated sub-sites for their food and beverage offerings, all designed to:
Drive bookings and increase brand awareness
Maintain a premium and cohesive brand experience across multiple properties
Provide flexibility for their growing portfolio of hotels and restaurants



Our Approach
We began with the design and build of the flagship website, crafting a premium, user-friendly platform that brings the Miiro brand to life while allowing guests to easily explore each property. From the outset, the site was designed to balance inspiration with functionality, guiding users seamlessly from discovery through to booking.
As the brand continues to grow, we support Miiro with ongoing UX and CRO optimisation, ensuring the experience continues to evolve and convert effectively across every property. Translation support was also implemented to ensure the platform serves Miiro’s international audience.
Alongside the core hotel experience, we also developed a series of dedicated restaurant websites, including Baroness and Annette in Paris, Volta in Barcelona and Pippins in London. Each site was designed to reflect the personality of the individual venue, while remaining seamlessly connected to the wider Miiro digital ecosystem, creating a beautiful balance of distinct identity and cohesive brand experience across the portfolio.
