Client Background
Riverstone Living is an ever-growing portfolio of premium later living residences in London. Located in highly sought after neighbourhoods, each residence combines high quality apartment living with hotel level amenities, including cinemas, gyms, swimming pools, spas, restaurants, and a strong focus on wellbeing through private GP services and fitness programmes.


The Challenge
As Riverstone continued to expand its portfolio of luxury later living residences, its digital experience needed to evolve alongside it. The existing website no longer reflected the scale, sophistication or ambition of the brand, and it struggled to support users navigating an increasingly complex choice of locations and residences.
Prospective residents and their families needed a clearer way to explore, understand and compare the different options available. At the same time, the digital experience needed to match the premium feel of Riverstone’s residences, delivering the same sense of elegance and reassurance guests experience when visiting in person.
Riverstone’s vision for the new website is centred around clarity, elegance and ease of use. The platform needed to showcase each residence beautifully while helping users confidently evaluate their options. This meant creating intuitive ways to explore locations, compare residences and access key information such as pricing and amenities.
Just as importantly, the new experience needed to encourage meaningful engagement. Clear pathways were required for users to take the next step, whether through phone enquiries, online forms or booking a tour of a residence.
To support this, the site structure was reimagined with a large, intuitive mega menu that gives users greater control over their journey. Residence pages were designed with structured, tabbed sections that allow visitors to easily compare pricing, amenities and key features, while clear calls-to-action guide them towards booking a visit and experiencing Riverstone first-hand.



Our Approach
We began by redefining the site architecture, creating a clearer structure that could support multiple residences while remaining intuitive for users. The new sitemap and page hierarchy were designed to help prospective residents and their families easily explore locations, understand the differences between residences and confidently evaluate their options.
From there, we focused on designing an experience that balances inspiration with clarity. A large, structured mega menu allows users to quickly navigate the site and choose the journey most relevant to them, while carefully designed residence pages provide clear comparison points across apartments, amenities and pricing. Throughout the experience, prominent calls to action guide users towards meaningful next steps, whether that’s enquiring or booking a tour.
Alongside the build, we worked closely with Riverstone on a dedicated copywriting work-stream, shaping content that reflects the brand’s refined, lifestyle-led positioning while ensuring important information remains clear and accessible. To ensure the transition to the new platform was seamless, we also managed the full SEO migration process, protecting Riverstone’s existing search visibility while setting a stronger foundation for future organic growth.
